Follow-up instructions pursuant to Section 43(4) of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG)

Pursuant to Section 43(4) of the Infection Protection Act, employees who handle perishable foods or related items, or who work in kitchens, must conduct training sessions. This is intended to prevent the transmission of infectious agents from humans to food and to enhance food safety and legal compliance.

With the help of our online follow-up training, you can fulfill these requirements flexibly and cost-effectively at any time. Our training is easy to understand and provides the necessary knowledge. It complies with legal requirements and must be completed at least every two years or upon the commencement of employment.

For practical reasons and to fulfill our duty of care, we recommend conducting annual refresher training in accordance with the IfSG in conjunction with hygiene training pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004.

IMPORTANT NOTE: However, this follow-up instruction does NOT replace the initial instruction required under Section 43(1) of the Infection Protection Act. This must be conducted at the public health department or by a physician commissioned by the public health department.
